This is Professor Vyce, a Studier of Glitch Pokemon; A rather illegal Studier, as that's why he wears a BLACK Labcoat; This is What he Looked like when he was Alive; But before he Died, He made a Contingency Plan where as soon as He Took a Look of BOTH Evelyn's true form AND Mimikyu's True Form, that his Body would become Living Data, and He'd Possess a Robotic Replica of his Old Body, that the ONLY Discernible difference is the Grey Metallic-looking skin, that oddly enough was made out of soft robotics and feels like Normal Skin, otherwise, He resembles a human in more ways than one, Including his Accurate Humanoid Speed, that reacts as quickly as a Human would, with Reflexes and Movements, that processes as fast as a Human Brain, with Lots of Coolant pumped throughout the Body to prevent Overheating. He can Also Possess Electronics, Like a Rotom, and can even take possession of a Porygon, or Porygon2, or EVEN Porygonz
He wants to find out all about Glitch pokemon; AND EVEN If what he Finds destroys the World, He has SEVERAL 100,000+ Protocols that Reset the world back into proper existance, but still doesn't remove his Recorded Data, that DOESN'T damage the World as its only written down on paper, nothing else.
