noble and gorgeously graceful pose of the model - the purely black profile and the background add together to a very good composition, that makes you think of an old egyptian papyrus - and I think I've also seen a painting very similar to this. Isn't it similar to Isis & Nephtys paintings on graves, or in general depiction of female gods?
Anyway I'll join all those other comments and conclude with the simple words: "absolutely amazing"
