Description finally done   
the sketch was refined by at gamescom last month   
the fat colorful stroke in the background was made like this:
first do a gradient with the colors you like , then make a big stroke with drawing gum on it (i used that by pebeo :'D)
and after it dried work with black ink on it 
the dot pattern i made with airbrush and a grater lololol
