I've recently started looking at memes and want to try my hand at it. but since my printer won't print it all out, I'll have to do each panel separately and then scan it in...which is a bit annoying...

I do my memes digitally so I fortunately don't have to worry about all the printing/scanning haha. but it can certainly be done! I know lots of people who print and scan memes :D

I really want to get Photoshop and a tablet, but they're really expensive. And I don't know where I would get a tablet, anyway.

well Wacom tablets come with Photoshop Elements (not quite the same as regular Photoshop but it still works just fine) so if you can make do with Elements, then that lowers the cost quite a bit in comparison to buying both Photoshop AND a tablet P: if you get a Wacom Bamboo, then it's only about $100, which I know is still kinda a lot, but since they come with programs like Photoshop Elements, it's a pretty good investment.
anyway, you can get tablets at places like Best Buy :D
