The design of the leather is very impressive, kudos!

However, while I larped with my elven character I tried to avoid rivets as much as possible. It always reminds me of off-the-peg armour, where this is very common. Considering the sylvan design you are going for I think that the rivets diminish the look. I'd suggest leather straps or sewing. Also, I'd try to match the colour of the ears with your actual skin colour. It can be a bit tricky but it improves the look quite a bit.

This are of course just suggestions and the look and detail of the armour are still very, very good.
