I don't know as concerns to this photo. I like it and don't like it too. I don't like my hand here.P.S.
People ask me often about my eyelashes. They absolutely natural. I hate false eyelashes. And I don't paint my eyebrowes never.

I think you should try cropping and blurring the lower part of the hand in photoshop, so the face instead of the hand is more in focus

after reading your description, I wondered what it might be about your hand that you didn't like -- for this is truly a beautiful image! I though that maybe because it looks a little out of place here, because it seems so strong in this capture... as the rest of it is not like that at all... the rest of this, like your eyes and expression, tones, colors, and the rose itself, are all soft looking and very dream-like as well. Then your hand is there, and it looks nothing like a dream; it looks strong and capable and defiant (and not because it's shaped like a fist holding the rose either, that's just the way it seems).
I think no matter what, that you look fantastic here, and so does the focus. It makes we wish I knew what you were thinking in that very moment, and pining a bit because I wished it were me, this woman were waiting for, with a rose left as a surprise for her until then...
