Personally I just don't draw the characters I hate XD. Well, unless commissioned or requested to do them XD

Pretty much I'd have to chop it up to the fans for making that happen. It wasn't even necessary in the TDWT season. It was a random occurrence that seemed to happen out of no where just to please fans

well if anything, we can blame the new guys that directed that season, the original creators weren't involved, I know, they told me when I met them in person lulz. But you know what's funny also? that it was built up at the beginning, then they brought it mid way when Duncan came back, and THEN they dropped the whole thing once Gwen was voted off, talk about rushing plot points huh?

No worries. Yes it would be very boring. Even Disney has villians or antagonist. It's not always sunshine and rainbows.

Most of everyone is labeled a certain stereotype and I pretty much enjoy everyone. Of course I'll always have favorites.

Not every character is gong to be sunshine and rainbows. If there wasn't someone being mean or a jerk I probably wouldn't bother looking at the show. It always makes it interesting. There's always going to be characters that take on an antagonist roll. You can love them or dislike them, but hate is a strong word to use.
It's like the anti-clubs. Hating a character so much you want them to die or thinking their a bitch. (Think that label gets tagged on Heather, but you get what I'm saying.) It's not like a love-hate thing. Like you love a character, but at the same time you hate what they 'did', instead of just 'omg i hate them they shud dieee!1111"

its even bad enough that they even used Katie and Sadie to satirize the concept when they were thinking of making a Anti-Gwen club due to the G/T break up incident. If the writers are aware of childish hate like that, then they KNOW its a bad thing. But with sadie thinking it was a club for her Auntie Gwen, I have to admit, that was funny XP
