This is really well drawn, even if I despise NaruSaku. Mostly 'cause she doesn't deserve him. Fangirl moment aside, my only complaint is that Sakura is a little too well-endowed, if you catch my drift. She's pretty much flat in the series.
Other than that, I think you've really captured Naruto's expression perfectly! Even from a strictly friendship point-of-view, I can see him going ballistic if anything happened to Sakura - possibly because he's so protective of the teammate he has left, you know?
