Last week I got some idea for the watership Down comics I want to draw someday. The stories of El-ahrairah would be drawn in some old-paper cronicle style, like this. If things go well, I will draw the Blessing of El-ahrairah and the story of the Black Rabbit of Inlé.Fonts used: Fire of Ysgard regular

Most már tudom, hogy ha megcsináloma Watership Down képregényt, hogyan fogom megcsinálni. A normál sztori részeket klasszikus képregény-stílusban, mint a borítókat is, de a történetet néha megszakítják afféle mondák, például a világ teremtéséről, a halálról stb. Na azokat ebben a régies, kódexszerű stílusban csinálnám.

This one was drawed with some simple graphic pencils, and I added the colors and lights with Photoshop. Or maybe Gimp, I don't remember, which one, I was using both together for a while.

They talk about Prince Ellefrarah a lot in the movie, I wish the author wrote a small book containing short stories about him, it just seems kinda interesting and it would be nice to know what the characters grew up with.

But there is, the Tales from Watership Down, it is a book written by the author 20 years after the book, and there are short stories of El-ahrairah. Actually, they are new ones, and some of them are really strange.

Oh, úgy örülök hogy tetszett és nem fölöslegesen olvastad el ^^ Amúgy én is fanartok alapján találkoztam vele, pontosabban láttam egy fura DD képet, festményt, rajta egy nyúlszerű alakkal, és a cím alapján azt hittem, valami tengeralattjáró van rajta. Aztán nem sokkal ezután az épp aktuálisan kedvelt egyik alkotóm is rajzolt egy punk Bigwiget, Watership Down címmel, és úgy döntöttem, utánanézek, mi is ez.
