Yor sketches are so exquisitely beautiful! You've inspired me to start a sketchbook of portraits as well just to try to reach something of this natural confidence you have with them. I would love to know how you manage to maintain such a natural line in your works and shading. It's as if you set them all down instantly as they should be. And the borders are a really nice idea that helps focus on the face.

Nice! I really love the way you did your marks, the hatching on all areas except the eyes really puts an emphasis on where you want the viewer to look really good work
