Okay stupid question time: Why is Lovi nesting? I know a lot of pregnant women like to nest closer to the time they give birth (my cousin BIG TIME and no one ever tells me WHY) but why is Lovi? Is he technically on bed rest? Is it because he's gonna have to give birth without Toni in the room (since I've read fics where the dominant mate can't be in the same room/around the submissive one when he/she is giving birth) and so he's preparing himself?? I think my stupid question is over now....
Oh and read a previous comment, I've read all your Hetalia stories on Fanfic and I have them all saved on a flashdrive, Kismet is my all time favorite as I've reread it at least 10 times. Okay I think I'm done brown nosing now.... >.>

I got the idea from the alpha-omega verse things I've read that when they go into heat, they start building a nest to lie in so when they get pregnant they can be in the comfortable spot that feels safe for them. Demons can be vile and mean creatures, so our demons have several layers of protection for their young. A nesting mother with a protective mate, a powerful scent that wards away those they may not trust as well as their own claws and teeth if it come down to that.Β
I'm not sure if we're going to have it where the father can be present of not. We kind of skipped straight to Feli and Lud coddling their own baby so Kiku could head to the other village to visit Herakles. So it can go either way at this point.Β
The nest is built when the mother feels comfortable doing so. Lovino built his immediately after finding out he was pregnant, whereas Antonio's sister didn't build hers until later in the pregnancy.
It is also up to the father to cater to the mother as long as they are in the nest, so mother isn't up wandering around when he/she could get hurt. Like humans who have basic nature of things, but don't have to rely on it since we've evolved better thought process and understanding, these aren't necessary things anymore, just demon nature. :33

Thank you for explaining it to me ^-^ I'm still new to the Alpha/Omega world but I enjoy it so much due to Mpreg~! I know everyone has different ideas for their own A/B/O world so it's always good to have someone explain it to me. And I love protective mates/parents~! Sometimes a little too much

I'll just wait for the translation since I took Spanish back in Middle school (not that I remember...) I also follow her TLM tumblr, I have a friend who speaks French but he refuses to translate it despite my begging. I didn't even tell him it was yaoi!

It was optional for both in HS, but by then I had been bored with a second language. Plus French was too hard so I took the easy way out. But ever since I was introduced to Hetalia a few years ago, I want to learn more languages, curse you Rosetta for being so expensive!
My friends all had the same attitude as me, now that I'm talking to people who speak other languages, they're encouraging me to learn more

Ahaha I've been learning new languages since I was 2, my first foreign word was the japanese word for shut up :33
in first grade, the teacher introduced us to Russian and Russian culture :33 I excelled and spoke Russian for halloween that year
Second grade, it was German
Third grade we did Spanish
then I hit my anime/weeb phase and tried to learn Japanese again
In high school, I took French and ChineseΒ
Now, I'm learning Spanish with my boyfriend, keeping up with my French and attempting German and Swedish :33 On the side, I'm also learning bits of Dutch from my friend in the Netherlands :33
Of course we can't forget my sister and I learning Italian together ~~
And that's good~! I think American schools need to give kids a choice at a foreign language (like they did for Lilou) and teach them that language through out the entire school career. If they choose to do another foreign language later, they can, but it's time American's became bilingual like nearly ever other country out there...Β

Β Β Β S-so many!! I barely have any braincells so I don't know if I could handle all those languages (Doesn't mean I wouldn't want to try) My old Middle/High School had only French and Spanish but they dropped French after I passed my Spanish language test (Basically when I went into 9th grade). Why do so many other schools offer OTHER languages but we only get two which turns to one?!
Plus if they did offer more (or if I could learn more) I'd have an easier time understanding some customers that come into where I work, especially during the traveling seasons

German is something I would have liked to learn back in school, speaking of German...I read your new update for the sister of Kismet (I can never remember the title! >.<) and I have a question regarding it, from what I read so far, Ludwig doesn't fully remember little Feliciano much right? Well wouldn't he remember the curl at least? So wouldn't he become suspicious?
Oh and even though I read it, I was wondering why was little Luddy was known as Horem (sp?!) Was that a name he made on the spot? Or was that his actual name and he changed it to Ludwig? I know it's probably a stupid question but I didn't see these explained so far so I didn't know if I missed these details or if they're for later on in the story. If they're for later then I'll wait til then

Anyway~~ It's familiar but there's a few people in Illonia that have similiar curls, so he honestly doesn't think anything of it, especially since 'Ita' was a 'girl' and Feliciano is a man. He just never thought that mmaaaaayyybe Ita was a boy after all~~There's also the fact that Ludwig's memories of Ita are still haze. He doesn't often recall what 'she' actually looks like in the face, just base features: Eyes and Hair
Feli made it up on the spot and Ludwig just never corrected him, and decided to call him Ita since Feli never had the manners to introduce himself. They both just rolled with it :33Β

Ooooh, that makes sense. Just figured he would remember the curl at least, didn't know (or maybe I forgot from Kismet, I don't know...) that it could be a rare yet common trait thing.
