Now for something a little different...

...I drew this the same day I drew the Fall Festival pic, which was a couple weeks ago. This picture took me a long time to color. I think it's because I had a very loose drawing that would rely a lot more on color and light than outline to get the image across.

What we see here are two ghost things having an evening stroll together. One day I just felt the urge to draw cartoony ghosts, and they came out looking flame-like.

I didn't use black at all, even though I wanted this to be a dark picture. I used dark greys, dark purple, and dark blue for shadows.

The maroon/purply things are dead leaves, though I don't think they look much like those. The orange stuff is mushrooms and fungus. I've seen a lot of mushroom clusters outside lately, and that's what inspired me to draw them.
