Yeah it finished!
It took my three days to color. I might have gone dumpy. 
lol I really wanted an excuse to draw Katara and a dragon. I think I did some what successfully. 
Well I hope you enjoy. And sorry about the long wait.

That's surprising? o.o; If I draw and color a picture with that much detail.. it takes me a minimum of three full days. >_>;;; And you're complaining that it takes that long?? o_o;

It's coming. I'm smudging lines so the blur tool will have a nicer effect on the picture. Progress it slow cause I'm still getting used to the programs. XD. They're so different from tangable mediums of art tools.

Very much so. I'll probably give myself a break this weekend from the programs. Only God knows how long I have been on my laptop this week. >_>; It's almost shameful...
