The full name of this piece is actually Requiem for a Mermaid's Love Affair. It's part of a series of ocean-inspired jewelry that I've been making this fall. The focal point is an agate slice, and the surrounding wirework contains smaller agates, white bamboo coral, and freshwater pearls. This is a lovely piece, and your wirework is divine. I really appreciate that you've taken something as arbitrary as wire and created a beautifully organic piece of jewelry from it. The shapes are wonderful, but I think the secret might be the use and placement of the bamboo coral. It's a brilliant evocation of seafoam.
