Probably my best artwork for January

This is Neptune from Planetary Moe!

I tried another experiment and more practice on highlights. 

Tried to find the best references because I couldn't request from the owner since he's closed atm.

Sorry if the color palettes in this picture were wrong, and the amount of stars and glitters all over.
