Have not drawn these two in a really long time. Great to see these two again.Anyways, this drawing is one I've been meaning to draw for quite some time. Here you can see Scott the Penguin and Matt the Owl of the FT Squad Scouts dressed as Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, two of the best characters in all of "Spongebob SquarePants." I always love watching episodes involving those two, and I've always imagined doing a drawing where some of my characters dressed up as them.

I thought Matt would look like the Owl from Little Bear... and that Scott looked like an ordinary penguin.
