My buddy Byron had a '76 like this, with a Chevy 454 and Hurst four-speed from his brother's wrecked Nova SS and lead bars in the back fenders for stability (if you plan on upping the HP, I highly recommend this. Unfortunately the throttle stuck and he wrecked it, but according to the Police he went by the radar at 143 mph! Can't wait to see what you do with this one, but IMHO those wheels have to go, this is a job for Cragars!

Not bad, it looks like a mighty fine machine. I wish they still made coupe utilities here in the US, I see many companies like Ford that are in Europe have Ute models alongside regular models.
