So, I just finished The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan
I wanted to draw something from it, so here's one scene when Annabeth, Percy and Grover enter uncle Hades' throne room.
I couldn't draw H-man with long hair--I just couldn't.

I know, 'cause I'm more like a kid since I prefer picture books >_>;; Unless it gives you a break once in a while with pics like how the A Series of Unfortunate Events does. But this series has nice cover art, so it helps haha xD I like how this series is like...like my idea, 'cause I've had characters that were human, but had Egyptian Gods and Goddesses as parents, so when I found out that this series was like that I loved it :] I especially love how Percy has a connection with his mother :] those are always more relatable to me.

They are really fun books, and the characters are pretty believable. The relationship between Percy and his mother is special. I'm sure the stories are relatable for teens in our time. I need to reread them.

There's four Percy Jackson books out now and the fifth will be coming out may 5. Time warner's doing a movie based on the 1st one next year. They're pretty adicting to me--a little like Harry Potter but with Greek mythology.
I might paint it, we'll see
