well been a bit since i hadda chance to upload anything, had this one on the drawing board for awhile. i was reading my old witchblade comics and decided to give ole sara a try. this is nothing new i looked at the cover of witchblade 10 for reference and tried to give my spin on the look of the cover. drawing in michael turners style really gave me a sence of whatta master he was. well this one was alotta fun hope u like itmaterials used:
warm and cool grey prisma color markers
clutch pencil
vellum bristol board

I like it. The details on the arm are quite good.
Her nose looks off a bit though..
The two jewels alone being colored bothers me. It draws my attention away from her face. That's just my opinion though.

I like the linework, pretty detailed. You actually managed to make the lines of the hair look different from the lines of the outfit

Haha, I'm really amazed by how well-made that arm is in comparison to for example, her face. Her face looks completley off. Her nose is weidrly bent and too close to her mouth, and her upper lip looks more like a mustasch, but the arm is flawless... Both the anatomy of the hand and all the details, far better than I've ever drawn a hand.
I sort of get the feeling that you really wanted to get down to all the details and sort of rushed the 'basics'?

well honestly i was drawing in the style of the late michael turner and he kind of had a tendancy to draw his noses and mouths that way, if u look at many of the other arts in my gallery you'll see i do know how to draw faces. thanks for the compliments and critique though

Very nice costume design. But my suggestions would be to give it more variety in terms of line art. Your lines look very thick here, but you may want to try to mix it up with some more delicate lines, such as the hair.

haven't read the comic but i love the extremely detail on her armor. i don't have the patience to draw that intricately
