well we had a a epic event in georgia over the past couple of days we had 5 inches of snow. was snowed in for a whole 2 days. hehe so what do you do when ya got a snow day on your hands? ya draw the the destroyer of worlds hehewhen i was a kid i was always enamored with marvels epic tales of they're universal characters. they had a very rich line up of intergalactic characters. i always thought galactus was a very cool and interesting character. not exactly evil per say he just needed to consume planets to survive.
of course he was designed by the great jack kirby.
i wanted to do a very powerful drawing of him hopefully i hit the mark. what do u think?

vellum bristol board
clutch pencil
copic markers
prisma color markers

I always found that all those old super heroes and super villains look kinda silly in their underwear and what not, even Galactus, he looked kinda goofy to me.
But this is genuinely epic and a real good drawing!

This is pretty neat! I've heard good things about copic markers. The detail is so immersive! Some people might try and say he gets lost in the background but I think in this case it just makes you look at it harder, which is a good thing, Keep it up man, Very nice work!

Some people are just amazing with markers. I have no idea how you people do it, but you take markers and turn them into this wonderful, crisp thing. The colors in this are clear, without any of the muddling things that can happen with bad marker use (does that make sense) and of course Galactus is instantly recognizable. AND AWESOME LOOKING.

The use of the different purple tones is great, you sure do have some talent when it comes to shading a highlights! Plus the purple contrasts well with his skin tone, woo for complementary colours!
