I wanted to draw a bubble background... then I changed the idea a bit and the result is a pic I'm really proud of. Even if it's not exactly what I wanted, it's still pretty close to it :3

We see her panties... no mature content for it though :'D

Photoshop... I think I love you finally ;w;
I used it for the effects at the end only but the result is even better with them ^^
