just some skethes of Horo from Spice and Wolf c:This is from a project in which they asked me to get close to one of the original styles being the Manga, the anime, or the light novel illustrations.
and I chose the manga one

I'll give you a advice, practice. That's it, practice a lot xD that's basically what I've been doing all these years c: and don't be afraid of asking your friends what they think about your work, also you can use some references or try to copy some poses and checking some anatomy tutiorals is very useful as well
