Actually, the 'real' Molly was still a little girl in PokΓ©mon 3: Spell of the Unown. We only see her at older stages through the Unown's ability to cast illusions. The taller Molly that you're talking about looks to be around 18 - 20 years old roughly. This is what Molly's age would be compared to Jericho's, seeing as how Jewels is in her mid-teen years here.
Just thought I'd explain that.
