Hey guys,
This is my OC, Saraya (Uzumaki). She's not a relative of Naruto or Kushina (meaning Saraya isn't his long lost older sister, cousin, aunt or something similar), she's just a member of the Uzumaki Clan (but doesn't know it herself).

I already uploaded drawings of her but I decided to redesign her and made a few changes.
One would be that I drawed her hair slightly different (the part around her neck mostly) and the second is the different color sheme I took for her (red-greyish). Her hair and eye color are still the same and her main weapon (her iron fan), too.

Outside of Ame, Saraya wears a regular headband to keep up the illusion of Hanzo being still alive and the leader of Amegakure.

(*Saraya becomes a Jonin because of the mission Team Ajisai has. Konan orders her to make sure the team fulfill the mission they were given. Therefore the only reason of Saraya becoming a Jonin is to find Jinchuriki or at least gather intel on the strenght of the Shinobi from the other villages (since there aren't really ranks in Amegakure and because Pain knows how strong she is, it isn't necessary for Saraya to be promoted to a Jonin).

Saraya is a Kunoichi from Amegakure, who witnessed the third Shinobi War at the age of seven. Being traumatized by what she witnessed, Saraya soon strived for peace, what made her openminded for Pain's ideology, when she met him at the age of fourteen.
Since she was unintentionally saved by Pain and Konan, she serves under him, as his secondary representative. It's her duty to make sure that all corpses are delivered to the highest tower and she also makes semi-regularly check ups of all Shinobi and Kunoichi who work under Pain, to prevent rebellions.
Pain sometimes entrusts her with missions, regarding either the safety of the village or to unknowingly gather intel for Akatsuki.

Character traits and personality:
As a child, Saraya was cheerful, considerate, kind and grateful. She didn't like conflicts and tried to avoid them. However, because of the third Shinobi War taking place in Amegakure and the following traumatic events led to her change of her character traits.

After the loss of her parents, Saraya became serious and introvert. She rarely spoke and was distrustful towards strangers. Just after some time she had spent with a group of Shinobi, Saraya became more cheerful and outgoing again. She also became grateful towards her companions and wanted to thank them for taking care of her by becoming a Kunoichi herself.
Her goal was to become strong enough to defend herself, so the others wouldn't have to worry about her when they were in a conflict with loyalists of Hanzo.
During her training and the time she spent with her new friends, Saraya got a smaller version of her actual main weapon, the Iron Fan which she hold in great regards.

However, her new won optimism vanished when the group of Shinobi and herself were attacked during the Civil War of Amegakure. Nearly all of them were killed by loyal subordinates of Amegakures leader, Hanzo.
Seriously wounded, Saraya was sure to follow most of her companions, when six orange haired man and a blue haired woman arrived and killed all of Hanzos subordinate.
It was this moment, that changed Sarayas character and point of view drastically:

Calm and relaxed – Saraya usually showed a calm, relaxed attitude even in stressful situations or in battle. She regularly would display a dry sense of humour or taunt her opponents before killing them, what also can be seen as a sign of her sadistic side.

Loyal – Since she was unintentionally saved by Pain and Konan, Saraya became very greatful and extremely loyal towards both. She even took over the believes of her saviors and wants to pay her livelong debt back by doing whatever Pain and/ or Konan order her to do without questioning it. Saraya also has complete faith in Pain and his abilities and strongly believes in his plan even though she has no idea that Pain is the leader of the Akatsuki.

Proud – Saraya is very proud of her skills as well as being a direct subordinate of the God of Amegakure and Konan. If someone insults Pain or Konan, Saraya will do everything to eliminate him or her. The same goes for her tracking and fighting skills. Whoever insults her abilites, Saraya will try to kill the person immediately.

Easily irritated – Fitting to being proud, Saraya can easily be irritated, when the wrong buttons are being pushed or something (or someone) bug her. She then would react by violently lashing out on those who angered her, however she afterwards would heavily deny she did so, both because she felt embarassed and slightly ashamed of.

However these last three personality traits can be seen her as er weaknesses, because the longer Saraya gets provoked and angered, the more reckless her actions will be (and the more easier it can [!] become to her opponents to counterattack her).
When becoming reckless, Saraya becomes very confrontantional, showing an violent and a quite sadistic side, even going so far as to decaptivate or crush her opponents with her Iron Fan.

Abilities:
Sensory Perception
Sayara has the ability to sense targets even over a great distance by moulding her Chakra and sending it out. By closing her eyes, she is able to see the exact location of her targets in her head as well as determine how strong her target is and how many individuals are there. However, Saraya must concentrate on her Jutsu and can not use any other Jutsu while sensoring someone.

Life Force and Chakra Prowess
As a descendant of the Uzumaki Clan, Saraya has a very powerful life force like all known members of the Uzumaki Clan. As a result, her Stamina, Chakra reserves and Vitality is more than average for a (female) Shinobi.
Saraya also has longevity combined with great healing capabilites, which can be seen when she and her fellow friends are attacked by Loyalists of Hanzo. Even though Saraya is multiple times hitten by Kunais and Shuriken, she lives long enough to be rescued by Konan and Pain. Afterwards it can be seen that her wounds heal faster as it would be common for a Shinobi or a Kunoichi.

Ninjutsu
As a member of the Uzumaki Clan, Saraya showed the ability to unintentionally materialise an incomplete and weak version of the Adamantine Sealing Chains to defend herself when she was attacked by Loyalists of Hanzo. However, because she couldn't control them, the Adamantine Sealing Chains soon were destroyed and Saraya wasn't able to use them until she was in another life threatening situation a decade later. This happened unintentionally as well, due to the stress, which triggered the Adamantine Sealing Chains to appear.

In Combat, Saraya mainly uses her Iron Fan to perform Jutsus of the Wind Release. It also allows her to manipulate the Wind itself and to block attacks and deflect weapons. Saraya doesn't wear more weapons with her, besides sometimes an Umbrella with Senbons and a few Kunai and Shuriken in a little pocket.

Fuuton Ninjutsu:
Saraya's main Chakra Nature is Fuuton. There, she mainly relies on it and knows more Fuuton Ninjutsu than Suiton Ninjutsu. Those are the Fuuton Ninjutsu she mainly uses:

Fuuton: Kazekiri no Jutsu (offensive, mid-range; Tiger → Rabbit → Dog → Ram → Dragon)
Using her Iron Fan combined with her Chakra, Saraya manipulates/ creates an external source of wind. She can create one to several blades of winds, each of it being capable of slicing their target.

Fuuton Shinkūha (B-rank, offensive, all ranges; Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog)
Saraya takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling. She compresses the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around her, due to her motion.
The result is a sharpened blast which is large enough to slice through multiple targets, a significant distance afar from her. It causes grievous injuries to those the Ninjutsu hits.

Nadeshiko-Ryu Koha Reppuken (offensive, short-range)
When Saraya covers her own hand with wind-natured Chakra and attacks her opponent with it. The impact of this strike is great enough to procude a powerful shock wave. This shock wave can cause noticeable fissures without direct contact. However, Saraya uses this technique just under two circumstances:
When she can't use her Iron Fan and when she's fighting just one opponent, since the Jutsu makes er vulnerable.

Suiton Ninjutsu:
When she deems it necessary, Saraya uses Suiton Ninjutsu, such as Suiton Mizurappa.. However, since Suiton is her secondary Chakra Nature, Saraya just knows a few, easier Ninjutsu. Those are the ones she mainly uses:

Suiton Mizurappa (C-rank, offensive, short to mid range; Dragon → Tiger → Hare)
It's a basic Water Release technique with lot's of variations. Most of the time, Saraya uses this technique to let water gush from her mouth like a waterfall and let is wash away the enemy. Depending on her opponents strenght, Saraya changes the power of the technique, sometimes using her Iron Fan additionally, to create a Tsunami.

Water Release: Drizzle (offensive, short-range)
Saraya condenses the water vapour in the air and fires multiple blasts of water at the target. Saraya mostly uses this Ninjutsu, as a lure in battle; Distracting her opponent and leaving him vulnerable to an attack fom behind or the side.

Other Ninjutsu:
Kuchiyose no Jutsu
Saraya sometimes uses the Kuchiyose Jutsu to aid her in a fight, when she's in danger. Her Kuchiyose Animal is a rather large mole. It can hide in the earth and can use sensor abilities.

Jouro Senbon (C-rank, offensive, mid-range; Tiger)
Saraya throws her umbrella into the air. The with Senbons equipped umbrella releases them in a “shower” This ninjutsu can't be dodged by mowinv away, because the needles cover a large area in all directions (controlled by chakra). However, the neeldes can be blocked by a powerful enough shield.
Additionally, the Senbon can be dipped in poison to increase lethality.

Adamantine Sealing Chains
Also Saraya used this Ninjutsu just twice in her life, it was shown that the version was rather weak and incomplete. Both times, the Adamantine Sealing Chains had been destroyed by her opponents, due to the lack of training of the Ninjutsu. However, the Sealing Chains had been able to seal someone away and could be used as a defensive technique by the red haired Kunoichi.
It should be noted that, for the Adamantine Sealing Chains to be triggered, Saraya had to be under a lot of stress or in a life or death situation.

Kuchiyose Animal:
When in need of help, Saraya mostly summons the same Kuchiyose Animal; A rather large mole named Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi is twice of Saraya's height with a relatively short tail. He's covered with only a few hairs, which act as tactile hair and allow an orientation backwards. His fur is made of wool hair that gives a soft, silky impression. He can thus crawl forward and backward in it's narrow corridors. His forelimbs are gravetools and the hands are turned outwards, looking scoop-shaped and ending in five toes. It was shown in combat, that they are rather sharp, able to split rocks and buildings.
To compensate his weak eyes, Tsuyoshi uses the same sensor technique as Saraya, implying that she had learnt the technique from the moles. However, Tsuyoshi's version of the technique seems to be even more effective, as he can exactly pinpoint the opponent's location and also seems to gather intel of the opponents strenght and how many opponents they'll be fighting.
On the earth's surface, Tsuyoshi isn't very fast and instead focuses on deflecting attacks or dodging them with his soop-shaped hands.

However, Saraya once had summoned a different mole, called Nobu. It's a rather small mole, being half a head smaller than Tsuyoshi. Different to Tsuyoshi, Nobu has water-repellent upper fur. His limbs are adapted to the aquatic lifestyle with webbed skins and bristle-like hair. They are only partially suitable for digging, although he can create his own burrows when necessary.
As it's implied by his name, Nobu is rather hesitantly and fights more defensive than Tsuyoshi,

Team Ajisai
At the age of 22, Saraya gets promoted to a Jounin, so she could become the teamleader of the Genin group of Ajisai, Suiren and Fuyo. She was ordered by Pain and Konan to watch over the three Kunoichi and make sure they would fullfill their task.
While Saraya never had met the three Genin before,, each team members seemed to respected the older female. Or at least, they followed each order she had given them. Since all four of them respected Pain and were eager to fulfill their given task, it can be assumed that the team got along quite well.

In return, Saraya showed slight signs of genuine concern for her team during their common mission. Before they went out to Konohagakure, Saraya tried to teach them how to improve their skills and how to work in a team. Although each member of the team (including Saraya) wasn't that much of a team fighter, Saraya developed a few team strategies for fights against stronger opponents.

However, some time after their mission was over, Saraya had left the team and had heard of Ajisai's death when Yudachi and Ryusui had brought her corpse to the highest tower.

Trivia:

Saraya doesn't know she's a member of the Uzumaki Clan, since her parents were civilians before their death and it was more important to survive. And after her parents' death, it wasn't of importance for Saraya, what surname she had.

→ And since Saraya doesn't know that she belongs to the Uzumaki Clan (different to her Road to Ninja/ Jiraiya's Scrolls counterpart), she doesn't understand why people think so highly of their clans. To her, the name of the clans are just that – Names. She doesn't understand the meaning behind it and therefore doesn't understand why some people behave different for their Clan's sake. This is the same to her Alternate Reality – counterparts, who (although they eventually learn that they belong to the Uzumaki Clan) don't understand why the Clan should be important to her or why some people around her act odd for the sake of their Clan's name.

It isn't sure whether or not Saraya's feelings towards Pain are truly love or just misinterpreted gratefulness and loyality. She herself doesn't seem to know what she truly feels towards him (or she doesn't care and simply decided to call it “love”). However, it seems that at one time, she eventually fell in love with Konan. And although it seems that her feelings where rejected (or Saraya at least thinks so), she doesn't seem to care about it and simply continues to work as hard as she can to help Pain and Konan to fullfill their plan to peace.

Fun Fact: Saraya is interested in all kind of books and reads quite a lot in er rare free time. In her youth, she once stumbled about a cook book about healthy meals for Shinobi, which she found quite interesting. Since then, she'd read all kind of books with similar topics and memorized various meals to keep Shinobi healthy even in situations with just a few ingredients.

→ although Saraya knows quite a lot about healthy meals for Shinobi, she's a terrible cook. She can't make the easiest meals without burning them. That's why she gave up trying to practice how to cook and instead volunteers to buy all needed ingredients. Although some of the ingredients seem unfitting, in the end, the cooked meal always tastes delicious.

However, Tsuyoshi's version of the technique seems to be even more effective, as he can exactly pinpoint the opponent's location and also seems to gather intel of the opponents strenght and how many opponents they'll be fighting.
On the earth's surface, Tsuyoshi isn't very fast and instead focuses on deflecting attacks or dodging them with his soop-shaped hands.

However, Saraya once had summoned a different mole, called Nobu. It's a rather small mole, being half a head smaller than Tsuyoshi. Different to Tsuyoshi, Nobu has water-repellent upper fur. His limbs are adapted to the aquatic lifestyle with webbed skins and bristle-like hair. They are only partially suitable for digging, although he can create his own burrows when necessary.
As it's implied by his name, Nobu is rather hesitantly and fights more defensive than Tsuyoshi,

Team Ajisai
At the age of 22, Saraya gets promoted to a Jounin, so she could become the teamleader of the Genin group of Ajisai, Suiren and Fuyo. She was ordered by Pain and Konan to watch over the three Kunoichi and make sure they would fullfill their task.
While Saraya never had met the three Genin before,, each team members seemed to respected the older female. Or at least, they followed each order she had given them. Since all four of them respected Pain and were eager to fulfill their given task, it can be assumed that the team got along quite well.

In return, Saraya showed slight signs of genuine concern for her team during their common mission. Before they went out to Konohagakure, Saraya tried to teach them how to improve their skills and how to work in a team. Although each member of the team (including Saraya) wasn't that much of a team fighter, Saraya developed a few team strategies for fights against stronger opponents.

However, some time after their mission was over, Saraya had left the team and had heard of Ajisai's death when Yudachi and Ryusui had brought her corpse to the highest tower.

Trivia:

Saraya doesn't know she's a member of the Uzumaki Clan, since her parents were civilians before their death and it was more important to survive. And after her parents' death, it wasn't of importance for Saraya, what surname she had.

→ And since Saraya doesn't know that she belongs to the Uzumaki Clan (different to her Road to Ninja/ Jiraiya's Scrolls counterpart), she doesn't understand why people think so highly of their clans. To her, the name of the clans are just that – Names. She doesn't understand the meaning behind it and therefore doesn't understand why some people behave different for their Clan's sake. This is the same to her Alternate Reality – counterparts, who (although they eventually learn that they belong to the Uzumaki Clan) don't understand why the Clan should be important to her or why some people around her act odd for the sake of their Clan's name.

It isn't sure whether or not Saraya's feelings towards Pain are truly love or just misinterpreted gratefulness and loyality. She herself doesn't seem to know what she truly feels towards him (or she doesn't care and simply decided to call it “love”). However, it seems that at one time, she eventually fell in love with Konan. And although it seems that her feelings where rejected (or Saraya at least thinks so), she doesn't seem to care about it and simply continues to work as hard as she can to help Pain and Konan to fullfill their plan to peace.

Fun Fact: Saraya is interested in all kind of books and reads quite a lot in er rare free time. In her youth, she once stumbled about a cook book about healthy meals for Shinobi, which she found quite interesting. Since then, she'd read all kind of books with similar topics and memorized various meals to keep Shinobi healthy even in situations with just a few ingredients.

→ although Saraya knows quite a lot about healthy meals for Shinobi, she's a terrible cook. She can't make the easiest meals without burning them. That's why she gave up trying to practice how to cook and instead volunteers to buy all needed ingredients. Although some of the ingredients seem unfitting, in the end, the cooked meal always tastes delicious.
