Description Quick drawings made at the Bristol Zoo, here we have okapi, it's like a cross between a horse, giraffe and zebra! Also tamarin monkeys and Lilacine Amazon parrots. The tamarins were a bit more docile than the Goeldi's monkeys, but the tamarins have this really interesting way of communicating, they make these high pitched screetches at each other, and it looks like they have very nasty sharp teeth too.

Its great practice to draw animals, because you're forced to work quick and smart, and catch the present of the animal. And it's a great deal of fun.^^
Neat sketches, they give me the feeling of reading an old adventurerers logbook who tries to describe what he sees and experience.
