Brave and afraid of nothing and nobody, but not loud or interested in adventures Kara normally tries to stay away from everything loud or exhausting. Kara watched Beloyum storm around the house, rolling over the floor whenever he tripped and laugh about it the moment he got up again.
She really wanted to play with him, he tried so hard to motivate her, but she just didn't feel like it.
The young rook finally took a moment to breath and looked at her.
The whiskered dove laid her head down on the ground and gave him a tired smile.
He felt insulted!
How couldn't she want to play!
This had to be witchcraft!
Kara watched him sprint to the stairs and climb through the grid of the small gate, that is supposed to keep him from accessing the stairs at all. But of course it never worked.
The amber dove shivered and rolled herself more into a ball, trying to get warm again. She felt terrible. Her head hurt and she felt hot, then cold again, then again hot and back to cold. And her throat hurt as well.
As if Life was out to get her, but not let Death help her out.
It was nothing she wanted to be in right now.
