Take a look at some of your old pics, and try working on things you haven't before, like color or bgs! Also, see what you've been doing repeatedly with the pics, like similiar poses or facial expressions and the like! Once you know what you've done the same, you can work on what needs to be shaken up some!That's what I usually do to help work myself out of a slump! As long as you keep drawing eventually you'll pull out of it!
