The trees look great, nice and sharp against the sky. I really like the cloud formations; they make some interesting patterns in the sky. The sun peeking through the trees is a nice effect. The colors are intense without being overpowering. I didn't know that you had done HDR manipulation until reading the title/description. Good work balancing the saturation and still giving the photograph a natural feel.
The main thing I have for critique is that the foreground is too dark. It looks like there are people walking around but there are some dark lines and areas near the bottom and I can't figure out what they are. Patches of dirt? A garden? Rows of small hedges?
The placement of the watermark makes for a weird effect. The "www.deviantart.com" and whatever's below it (can't quite make it out) are overlayed right on top of a a dense patch of branches. One or the other alone wouldn't be too bad, but as it is, that area has become your focal point. It draws my eyes more than the sun or the nice movement in the cloud formations. If the watermark was off center or in one of the corners the composition would work a lot better.

Since you did HDR on this, maybe you can make the dark parts a little bit brighter? Maybe that would give even more impact - but it looks very "natural" this way, and the colours are great.

I think the photo is very nice, but some colors are dark and the photo is a little bit messy.
I like the blue sky and the sun anyways
