I guess it is an LB Take.The idea is that he uses his arms to block the hits till he has no mo arms. But Gaster gives him new ones via having 6 arms of his own. (Yes, not hands, I feel as though he has arms too.)
Also in Phase 2 you are constantly blue soul.
