It looks to me like you got the outlines by tracing the shapes of the models. It doesn't look very good.
What you should do in the future, when using pose references, is to do the following:
* Draw simply line skeletons through the models, with lines for limbs and circles for joints and the head (like the figure on the left ).
* Get rid of the live photo, you don't need it past this point.
* Elaborate on your line drawings to get manikins with the right thickness for the limbs and head shapes (like the figure on the right ).
* After that, add all the details like costumes, hair, faces, and color.
I guarantee that if you follow this process, the end result will improve immensely.
