My favorite scene too!
This is just me, but I would have put in a different music piece during different parts of the chase - Bill Conti's "Keep Your Hair On " from his score of the 1981 James Bond film For Your Eyes Only.
It would be heard in the first part that would lead up to the first cadence of the James Bond theme between Rey's "We're about to get some! ... I hope." until the cockpit of the first TIE Fighter crashes into the junkyard. The second part with the Bond guitar riff would start at Rey's "Get ready!" in preparation for entering the Super Star Destroyer wreck and the cue would finish just as Finn shoots down the last TIE.
But that is just me, and I am probably in the minority for that sort of thing.
