I'm no expert with animation, I just happened to stumble upon this on the "Newest" Page and wanted to give a bit of critique since I've been studying it. Firstly, the motion you have is right, the swaying of the arms gives it a motion, uninentional or not, that the character is moving. However I seem to have a problem with the right ear, it seems to change throughout all the frames and catch's my attention away from the intitial movement. The frames seem to be going too fast for the amount of movement involved with the picture. Next time, try having the starting and ending point and filling in between that, it will make more frames and make it a lot smoother, try not to do too many actions at once or it will look too cluttered. I know this is just a practice,you have the basics down and the talent to animate, hope I helped a bit :3
