Always did want him if a cape. Was never really able to get the design to work. Until I made him up in an online game called City of Heroes. I was finally able to get the cape to work with the outfit. Since this design I've ditched the shoulder pads brought the neckline up higher.Inks with sakura pen. Colors prismacolor marker pantone marker prismacolor pencil and a touch of digital highlight.
