Padme Amidala Naberrie is a fictional character in the Star Wars science fiction franchise. She first appeared on film in the 1999 feature film, Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, as the young queen of the planet Naboo. In subsequent prequel trilogy films, Padmé represents Naboo in the Galactic Senate. She is featured in the animated miniseries Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003–2005), Star Wars: The Clone Wars and in Star Wars literature. Padmé is the secret wife of Anakin Skywalker and mother of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa.

Padme Amidala character - one of my favorite in the film. This is a great and beautiful woman who can not but arouse admiration. The story of this character is very pathetic, and can say with confidence that Amidala - one of the strongest, greatest and most powerful heroes. Her death makes me cry every time I watch a movie. I do not like the first three episodes, I love the old Star Wars. But when I pondered
over the fate of Amidala, I realized how important this character to the saga.
