Description
An Illustration commission done forA cosplay-ish piece based on the movie Les Miserables with the client's character dressed up as Enjorlas. I never watched the movie before, so research was a bit extensive on this one. Thank God we could Google just about anything these days.

In the spirit of DΓ©lacroix's "Liberty Leading the People", this should really be a female character, not a male; in the spirit of the revolution I have planned for my story, it should be a lizard person; in the spirit of awesomeness, it should stay just the way it is. Congrats on getting the DD.Β
The tattered flag-edge and the background fire effects are especially effective in creating drama in the image, that, and the wonderful way that light plays off the edge of the character's hair and clothing, as well as the eye-sparklies. Nice job.Β
