Shadewave's partner in crime. A combo of Ravage and Persian, the cat Pokemon and the evolved form of Meowth. But due to the size I won't be able to put in one picture with all the other ROTF Dekoopacons. Like how I was unable to fit Goombzy in the Dekoopacon Picture. It kind of took longer than I thought but I'm sure that the next one won't be as long. So enjoy.
