I finally finished that thing I started during my Livestream session some time ago.
A preview of Ashura's color scheme/design.
I should have his full ref done soon.
This will probably be used as an FA icon or something.

what program did u use and what kind of filter or whatever is over it to make it all scratched looking?

I used Photoshop CS4 and the filter was textures I found here on dA

The texture, the colors, the attitude on the face. Love it! Quite a Halloween-looking treat, especially when the eyes remind me of candy corn.
As a warning, though, when going into Sequential Art, when it comes to character design, don't get too complicated with colors and features and such. Just something to keep in mind.
