She hasn't forgotten the battle..but she forgot why she came there in the first place. I.E. She was sensing / hearing an enchantment pushing the un-natural storm earlier on. The battle and revaltions just caused her to naturally forget what she was doing. Could happen to anybody.
And she's hungry!
