Full View Please.LAWLS, just got an awesome icon from ~missyumi of Near in our little Desu Noto group so I just gad to make Near, since hes such a cutie.
Gosh, his hair was the hardest to do in this pick >> If I got one thing wrong on it, he'd look nothing like Near so I'm glad it came out good. And shading him toke forever since I was experimenting on new shading ideas. As you can see, I love Cel-Shading...
