I think it's a very good pic. But you doubting yourself by saying "I don't think I'll get any better at shading" isn't acceptable. I thought the same for a while, didn't get me anywhere. If you practice just on that, you'll definatelly improve. But I still think your art is very good, even if you doubt yourself. ^^
