Probably the best elephants I've managed at a zoo thus far. The one facing forward (with dramatic shading
) was about a year pregnant - only 10 months to go!

i absolutely love the way you have done the face/trunk/ears of the bottom elephant!
and i think the body of the top one is wonderful! i always struggle with their bodies..but i don't practice enough..i end up just watching them, while holding the sketchbook >< i adore watching elephants o-o
