There was some brouhaha about it on Kotaku, but I guess that Riot will use this concept at some "appropriate time". It's like with my friend's "Barbershop Kog'Maw" and "Lion Dance Kog'Maw" - the first hasn't appeared yet (too bad, I was responsible for the idea, and she drew it - after seeing the Reindeer Kog'Maw skin dance I recalled the diner scene from "Spaceballs" and imagined Kog singing "Hello my baby, hello my honey" in spats, bow-tie and a straw boater similarly to how Reindeer sings "Deck the halls"), the second was released on the last Chinese New Year.
So my scientific wild-ass guess is that Bunnygirl Riven will be released next Easter.
