I had a question for you that I was wondering if you could answer, I noticed that a lot of artist use this distortion effect that is shown on your work, where it seems like the main figure of the drawing is being distorted into the colors of blue and red.Β
Is that a photoshop only effect ? Or is it something that is achievable with other programs?Β
