Okay, I'm aware that this has already been done a BILLION times by a BILLION of artists who are a BILLION times more talented than me........ so what?Don't even bother going all 'I like [insert talented artist's name here]'s versions better', because I don't care.

The Queen of Hearts in all her glory...
I've always imagined her as a bitchy, childish person.... hence the dress, that's supposed to look like one of those princess costumes from our childhood. And the bitch's look on her face. She's a rich, spoilt girl.

Actually, this version is quite original. It's refreshing to find artwork of the queen of hearts that doesn't involve a knock off of the bicycle card deck or makng her into some kind of slut. I really like it. It's simple and sweet. I love the pose you drew her in. Fluid.

Oh thats wonderful, i love the concept of cards. Im going to try and do an arwrok similar to this myself but with all 4 forms of cards (hearts diamonds, clubs and spades)

Alot of people do Wonderland characters....This is one of the best I've seen!
I'm hopping on the bandwagon and doing a Wonderland scene...But I'm not finished yet and probably won't be for a couple days.

I have to say, this is one of MY favorite queen of hearts-EVER! the bitchy look, like she doesnt give a damn what ANYONE thinks! and i love the fact that i think you really captured the feel of the queen in the book! Great job and Great fave! keep up all the good work! (even though our art gets stolen, theres only the fact that you can have people watch out for your work, and respect you in letting you know who's stolen it!) (thats why i took mine down
