This is a beautiful portrait but I do agree with people above that neck is odd. If you could, try and fix it abit.

Face looks great, but that neck... it almost of takes away from the piece because there's something awkward about it

Lovely work, however your choice in cropping completely interups the line of the neck and makes her look strange, and like her head is on a pike rather than a neck. Making a wonderful drawing isnt as simple as including loads of well defined shading but paying attention to the curves and lines you are creating. Always pay attention to where your drawing is cropped off. By including a bit of her shoulder it would round out the neck and drawing and make her neck at least look like a neck and not some strange head support.
