This as any other work can be interpreted in many ways but I'll do my best to express in words what it makes me feel. What you were thinking when drawing this might have nothing in common with what I understand when seeing it.
To me, this is about death being part of nature's natural order. This young man was shot (maybe his throat was also sliced?) and is bleeding to death but his blood is rainbow colored so his death was not a bad thing but something that happens naturally (like rainbows) to preserve harmony.
Another take on it (since the title is "Emotional Wound") is that this is about the hate that the LGBT+ community receives. That hate wounds the people. The world is trying to make them be ashamed of what they are, their genes, their blood (rainbow blood).
In any case, this is a wonderful piece of art that makes the viewer think. The emotions it causes the viewer to feel are strong even though they might not fully understand what the drawing is about (like me).

The concept of reality.

To be vastly honest, the message is clear. A blunt, rash, portrayal of pain. An open wound at that. Revolving around the painting itself, we find the strategy of the artist in capturing the moment before death and the 'conceptual reality' in departure from home.

The hues are well blended, however the forearm is quite short. If you take it from a different angle and think of his hand being down instead, it seems his arm is oddly short. Elongating both the arm and the fore arm would have sit more beneficial to the piece.

However, to each artist his own. Intentional or unintentional, the piece holds a true key to the nature of ourselves. A moment in time we rather not too often discuss.

Emotional Wound

I've left my critique, however I found it suffice to further explore my opinion towards your work. You could think of it as the 'double-wammy' so to speak. I grabbed true interest in your artwork, because of the amount of color that's portrayed. In colour, I do mean rainbows. Not often can many artists show such grand knowledge if formulating the oddly open colors together in brutal harmony. However, I must say, the LGBT community seems to have that signature covered in well orchestrated organizational support. The rainbow is quite difficult to pull off, but when done correctly, then it is truly a work of art. The set max of originality stands from this definition alone and is a consecutive reminder of pink floyd in my thoughts.
