You mean the outlines? Yeah it does take patience to create them, but also things like the stabilizers help to keep the lines smooth.

Yeah. Cause your whole line-art here is so smooth and curvy. My problem is that all of my lines are so straight even if I want them to be as curvy as here. I just can't do it. Tried so many times.
