The latest installment of the portraits I've been doing of some of my friends as various kinds of benders, this is my friend Maia who is basically like my sister.I am not actually sure if she has ever even seen Avatar, but my friend Karen was like "You have to draw Maia as a firebender!" and I was like "But I'm afraid she would be cranky about it since she's not into Avatar!" but then I realized that is totally what makes her a firebender! Especially in juxtaposition to me being a waterbender and Karen being an airbender LOL.
