It was just a study to learn poses and the shapes and stuff in my hands. Also how to draw Dragon or clawed hands.

Well for one, I use real firing clay for all my 3D works :3
Pretty much all I did was take a small ball and pressed my finger into it so it would fit around my finger. I molded it some to make it fit my finger better, and to give it that balboas finger feel to it sorta like this Then I added to it and made a claw. And to hide the seem and make it realistic, I took a thin line of clay and pressed it to make it look like the "skin" or "Cuticle" of the nail.
One thing I absolutely HAD to do was make sure that the clay made it over my first knuckle, otherwise it would fall off. Of course, these will only fit me, and when I get older they won't fit at all D:
Now that I look at it.. I need to do more poses, with BOTH sets of claws... I should do that some time...
