I don't think Sarabi will do it. She conforms to the rules even if it not right. Yes, she compared Scar to Mufasa, but before it she acts like just the leader of the hunter lionesses. And break the rules only before the risk to the whole pride to starve. And she will not meddle with Scar*Zira's private life.

True, but then gain with how Zira acted with Nuka Sarabi might critisize her for her parenting.
Of course Scar did say he was at the shallow end of the gene pool, so he accepted Zira's cubs on the condition that they carry on his legacy.

Seems appropriate considering - according to some stuff I've read - Sarabi was courted by Scar first before she got with Mufasa. So it's kind of like Zira's way of saying, "Made the wrong choice, Bitch."
